Business Intelligence Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to partner with business divisions, understand analytics needs, and deliver actionable insights through data models, dashboards, and visualizations. You will work with large datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and communicating findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data analytics requirements across business units.
• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Perform complex data modelling, statistical analysis, and design effective data‑analysis methodologies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and perform data profiling to detect anomalies.
• Present findings to internal teams and support cross‑functional initiatives for business improvement.
• Train end users on self‑service analytics and promote a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working in product‑focused, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit‑learn.
• Advanced SQL for querying large datasets.
• Data modelling techniques and statistical analysis methods.
