Business Improvement Manager

About the role

The Business Improvement Manager will drive the acquisition and onboarding of hotels and other hospitality businesses onto E‑Direct’s platform in Lagos. You will build relationships with owners and managers, showcase the benefits of the solution, and ensure smooth integration into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach hotels, guest houses, serviced apartments and related businesses within the assigned area.
• Visit prospects to introduce the platform, explain its features and benefits, and generate interest.
• Establish professional relationships with owners, managers and decision‑makers and encourage registration on the platform.
• Guide new clients through the registration and onboarding process, assisting with account setup and feature usage.
• Follow up with newly onboarded businesses, address difficulties, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, interested parties, registrations and successful onboardings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least a diploma in a related field.
• Proven ability to identify and approach potential business clients.
• Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building capabilities.
