Business Head – Oil, Feed & Water

About the role

The Business Head – Oil, Feed & Water will lead Noble Eagle Industries Limited’s Edible Oil, Animal Feed and Bottled Water businesses, driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion across all three product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated business strategies, set revenue and profitability targets, and translate group objectives into actionable plans for each category.
• Drive commercial growth by creating category‑specific sales and go‑to‑market strategies, expanding distribution coverage and improving customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee P&L performance, manage budgets, monitor margins and working capital, and implement cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate production capacity with market demand, ensure efficient manufacturing, and manage inventory to balance supply and working‑capital considerations.
• Lead supply‑chain and procurement activities to secure raw‑material availability, mitigate supply risks and reduce cost‑to‑serve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior commercial or business leadership roles, preferably within the edible‑oil, animal‑feed or bottled‑water sectors.
