Business Growth Manager – Automobile Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion for automobile spare parts, focusing on 2‑wheelers and 3‑wheelers in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across channels, territories, customer segments and markets.
• Drive spare parts revenue growth through dealer, retailer, customer and channel development.
• Analyse branch, product, customer and channel performance to pinpoint revenue gaps and growth opportunities.
• Improve inventory health by reducing ageing and slow‑moving stock.
• Collaborate with branch teams, marketers and national sales managers to execute growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales, inventory, order fulfilment and other key business KPIs.
• Prepare management dashboards, business reviews and presentations with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in automobile spare parts or automotive aftermarket, preferably with 2‑wheelers and 3‑wheelers.
• Strong exposure to sales, distribution, dealer/channel management, inventory and business planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and independently drive initiatives.
