Business Development Officer – Media & Advertising

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for Swift Consulting's media and advertising solutions. You will generate leads, convert prospects, and nurture relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Promote the company's media and advertising solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in media or advertising.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
