About the role
The Business Development Officer will drive new sales opportunities and promote Castel Resources' products and services in the energy sector. You will work towards achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers.
- Promote the company’s products/services and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Required profile
- OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Confident, proactive, presentable, hardworking, and results‑driven.
