Business Development Manager – Ticketing & Lifestyle Platform

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the launch, growth, and daily operations of FunRadar, a ticketing and lifestyle platform. The role focuses on expanding adoption among event organizers, nightlife venues, and promoters while building scalable operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch and expansion of FunRadar across events, nightlife venues, and lifestyle partners.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with event organizers, clubs, lounges, and promoters.
• Develop and optimise workflows for ticketing, bookings, payment verification, and guest management.
• Coordinate smoothly between organisers, promoters, venue staff, and platform users.
• Train partners on effective use of the platform for ticket sales and reservations.
• Build strong partnerships to drive platform adoption and long‑term engagement.
• Monitor platform performance, track key metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
• Recruit and manage operational support to scale execution as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, product, partnerships, or startup operations.
• Experience in ticketing, events, hospitality, nightlife, or marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong partnership management and operational execution skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
