Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Elevare Human Solutions Ltd by identifying new markets, forging partnerships, and managing client relationships across the mining, energy and metals sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and produce regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software.
