About the role

Altioris Technologies is looking for a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for European technology companies. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging technical decision‑makers, and closing contracts that expand Altioris’ engineering team services.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of SaaS, fintech, healthtech and enterprise software companies across Europe.
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies that capture the attention of CTOs, VP Engineering and technical co‑founders.
  • Conduct discovery calls, handle objections, prepare proposals and negotiate terms until contract signing.
  • Establish selective channel partnerships that generate qualified leads.
  • Report regularly on metrics such as discovery calls booked, proposals sent and contracts signed.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of personally closing B2B technology service deals (staffing, consulting, managed services, SaaS, etc.).
  • Experience building a sales pipeline from scratch without relying on pre‑generated marketing leads.
  • Ability to converse credibly with senior technical leaders and understand their priorities.
  • Self‑starter who makes tactical decisions independently.
  • Can name specific deals closed, the context and the steps taken to win them.
