Business Development Manager – Fleet & Outsourcing Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Dicalo Consulting Group by identifying new clients and promoting its fleet management and manpower outsourcing solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on building lasting relationships, crafting tailored proposals, and achieving sales targets across the Nigerian market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients through multiple channels, introducing the company’s services.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of fleet and outsourcing solutions.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and competitor activity within the fleet management sector.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets achieved, and challenges encountered.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of business development experience, preferably in fleet management or outsourcing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with market research and data analysis.
