Business Development Manager – EPCI/EPCM in Oil & Gas

About the role

Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the oil & gas sector. The role focuses on expanding services with International Oil Companies (IOCs) and managing the full bid lifecycle for on‑shore and off‑shore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the company’s business services portfolio with IOCs.
• Prepare, coordinate and submit competitive bids on schedule.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and regulatory bodies such as NAPIMS, NCDMB, NUIMS and DPR.
• Lead proposal development, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align technical solutions with client requirements.

Required profile

• Second Class degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within marine, energy, oil & gas (on‑shore/off‑shore) environments.
• Proven track record in securing large EPC/EPCM contracts.
• Strong leadership, sales acumen and ability to interact with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with zero tolerance for rework and ability to meet tight deadlines.
