About the role

Elvaridah Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and brand visibility across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and creative sectors. The role reports directly to the Managing Director/CEO and will be based in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, industry events, and strategic collaborations.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches for prospective clients and sponsors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, sponsors, vendors, influencers, and corporate partners.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry engagements.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, and sales strategy.
  • Strong track record of client acquisition in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Result‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
