Business Development Manager / Business Consultant

About the role

BBHH Media is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Business Consultant to drive new client acquisition and deliver strategic consulting services. The role combines sales prospecting with in‑depth business analysis to help clients grow and improve their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads, manage the business development pipeline and monitor conversion rates.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Provide business consulting, strategic advisory and business improvement support, including assessments and audits.
• Analyse business models, market positioning, customer segments and develop practical growth strategies.
• Prepare consulting proposals, business plans, strategy documents, presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Advertising, Technology and Client Relations teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and introduce clients to relevant BBHH services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, management consulting, strategy or corporate advisory.
• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, revenue generation and strong commercial awareness of the Nigerian market.
• Ability to analyse business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with business analysis and presentation tools.
