Business Development & Investment Manager

About the role

Rogafela Estate Limited is seeking a driven Business Development & Investment Manager to expand its real‑estate portfolio and generate new business opportunities. The role involves building relationships with property owners, investors and contractors while identifying profitable acquisition and sales prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire suitable properties and real‑estate opportunities for the company.
• Source property owners interested in selling or partnering with REL.
• Bring qualified buyers and clients to the business.
• Secure real‑estate and construction‑related contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, contractors and industry professionals.
• Prepare basic reports on leads, prospects, opportunities and completed transactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching property owners, investors and potential clients.
• Ability to negotiate and build professional relationships.
• Proactive, ambitious and comfortable working with targets.
• Good knowledge of the real‑estate market or a strong interest in learning it.
• Previous experience in real‑estate, sales, business development, banking, investment or marketing is an advantage.
