About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of property developers and grow subscription revenue on the Expert Listing platform. This field‑and‑phone sales role focuses on signing up developers across Lagos to our paid subscription service.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to property developers in Lagos via calls, emails, and office visits.
  • Leverage the existing developer contact list and build your own pipeline.
  • Pitch and present subscription packages and close paid sign‑ups.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings at developer offices.
  • Systematically follow up on leads until conversion.
  • Attend developer association events, property expos, and networking events.
  • Log all calls, meetings, follow‑ups and sign‑ups in the company CRM daily.
  • Submit weekly pipeline and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support on warm leads from inbound enquiries.
  • Provide market feedback on objections, competitor activity, and pricing sensitivity.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or real estate sales in Lagos.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network or relationships within the Lagos property development industry (strong advantage).
  • Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls daily.
  • Confident and professional in face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use CRM tools (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license.
