About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in the educational supplies sector. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating leads, and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships, understand needs, and resolve complaints.
  • Drive sales growth through prospecting, acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Generate leads, engage prospects, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Coordinate order deliveries, respond to RFQs and tenders, and ensure excellent service.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance to monitor stock and forecast demand.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of business development or sales experience.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with sales data.
