Business Development Executive

About the role

Our client is seeking an energetic, results‑driven, and relationship‑focused Business Development Executive to drive patient acquisition, referral growth, and revenue generation across its diagnostic and healthcare services. The role involves building strategic relationships with hospitals, specialist clinics, referring physicians, HMOs, corporate organisations and other healthcare stakeholders, requiring extensive field engagement and strong networking skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and achieve sales, referral and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong referral network of physicians, consultants and healthcare facilities through regular field visits.
• Identify corporate health‑screening and wellness partnership opportunities, prepare proposals and support negotiations.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for service improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services and Clinical teams to ensure excellent service delivery and report on client visits, sales activities and referral performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or healthcare marketing, preferably within medical diagnostics, hospitals or HMOs.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business growth targets.
