Business Development Coordinator – International Business & CCRE

About the role

Alpha Mead Group is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of its international business portfolio and corporate & commercial real estate operations. The role involves market intelligence, opportunity identification, proposal development, and building strategic partnerships across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Group's International Business and Corporate & Commercial Real Estate growth strategy.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence across target sectors and international markets.
• Coordinate the preparation of Expressions of Interest, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and business proposals.
• Develop capability statements, presentations, and other business development materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate client meetings, networking events, and business development engagements.
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM database.
• Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, market intelligence, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Bids & Proposals, Operations, and Technical teams to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management, Engineering, International Relations, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Corporate & Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, Real Estate Development, or Professional Services.
• Experience supporting international business development initiatives is an advantage.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a distinct advantage.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and business communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, market research, and report writing abilities.
