Business Development Analyst (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to support our hospitality portfolio in Lagos and beyond. You will work closely with senior management to turn market intelligence into actionable growth strategies for hotel development and management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse internal and external data to inform strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Develop financial models and forecasts for potential investments, partnerships and management opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Travel within and outside Lagos to evaluate new hotel development sites and monitor existing assets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives.
• Track performance of business‑development projects and provide insights for investors.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in business analytics, strategy or financial analysis.
• Strong observation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including monthly site inspections outside Lagos.
