Brand Strategist and Communications Manager

About the role

The Brand Strategist and Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that position Mabiz Global as a trusted leader in taxation, financial management, audit and accounting. Based in Abuja, this full‑time, on‑site role combines strategic planning with hands‑on communication execution across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and positioning frameworks.
• Plan, execute and monitor communication campaigns, creating content for digital and print media.
• Manage the company’s brand messaging across all touchpoints and ensure consistency with internal teams.
• Oversee social media presence, coordinate campaigns and produce presentations and marketing materials for client engagement.
• Analyse market trends and stakeholder feedback to refine brand strategy and support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in professional services, finance or tax‑related industries is beneficial.
• Strong skills in brand strategy development, corporate communications, public relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, editing for digital and print channels.
• Ability to conduct market research, data analysis and report on brand performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Abuja.
