Brand Manager – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Ophil Wellness is looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Brand Manager to shape the company’s brand positioning, coordinate marketing activities and ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints. The role translates business goals into compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, enquiries and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, tone and visual standards across all platforms.
• Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns for services, programmes, events, promotions and product launches.
• Create detailed content briefs and coordinate production with designers, photographers, videographers and social media teams.
• Manage the marketing and content calendar and oversee social‑media strategy to support lead generation and sales.
• Write, edit and review copy for social media, email campaigns, website pages, flyers, proposals and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer behaviour, competitors and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, administrative and instructor teams to promote services and improve the customer experience.
• Build and manage brand partnerships, collaborations, influencer campaigns and community initiatives.
• Prepare monthly brand and marketing reports highlighting results, challenges and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in brand management, marketing or communications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, editing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic, commercially minded and highly organised with a detail‑oriented approach.
