Brand Executive

About the role

Are you a master strategist who knows how to turn a brand into a household name? We are looking for a visionary Brand Officer to lead our offensive and defensive marketing lines. In this role you will build a legacy at the intersection of technology, mainstream media and football culture, driving multi‑channel growth for our app, broadcast shows and live events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across our mobile app, TV game show, radio programming and live events.
• Allocate, track and optimise marketing budgets across traditional and digital channels to maximise reach, user acquisition and ROI.
• Secure high‑level media partnerships, sponsorships and cross‑promotional deals leveraging deep industry contacts.
• Guard brand consistency, ensuring uniform messaging, visual standards and tone across every customer touchpoint.
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance, using data‑driven insights to continuously refine strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in media, tech or FMCG.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Nigerian media ecosystem with direct contacts across TV, radio, digital and OOH networks.
• Strong understanding of football culture and consumer psychology in Nigeria.
• Proven ability in brand storytelling, data‑driven decision‑making, project management and high‑level negotiations.
