Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Branch Manager to lead our retail and beauty outlet in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a top‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, productivity and discipline.
• Maintain smooth daily operations and enforce company SOPs and service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints, foster retention and encourage re‑booking.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, discounts, expenses and revenue reconciliation.
• Manage stock, minimise waste and prevent losses.
• Support marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on sales, staff, cash, inventory and operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• 3–5 years managing a salon, spa, beauty business, retail outlet or similar customer‑facing operation.
• Proven team‑leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and revenue growth.
• Experience with cash handling, stock control and basic financial management.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
