Beauty Advisor – Retail & Experience Support

About the role

The Beauty Advisor supports Zentaii’s physical retail experiences, including pop‑up shops and experience hubs, delivering personalized skincare guidance and representing the brand in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador at the HQ experience centre, warmly welcome customers and provide tailored skincare advice.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of pop‑up shops and experience hubs, handling inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Execute in‑store sales activities, upsell and cross‑sell complementary products, and promote offers, loyalty programmes and special promotions.
• Plan and execute in‑store events, pop‑ups and experiential activations to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in beauty retail, experiential marketing or customer‑facing brand roles.
• Experience managing pop‑ups, activations or in‑store experiences is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Retail sales and upselling expertise.
• Brand storytelling and product education capability.
• Organizational and operational skills.
