B2C Sales Manager

About the role

The B2C Sales Manager will lead the automotive showroom sales team in Lagos, driving revenue, gross profit and customer satisfaction. You will translate company sales targets into actionable goals, oversee the full sales cycle and ensure a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor individual sales targets, manage the sales funnel, and optimise lead response, test‑drive and conversion rates.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate sales consultants; run daily performance meetings and implement incentive programmes.
• Maintain showroom SOPs covering customer reception, vehicle presentation, test‑drives, quotations, contracts and delivery.
• Analyse sales data to recommend inventory adjustments, coordinate with inventory, aftersales and marketing teams, and control pricing and gross‑margin policies.
• Supervise customer grading, follow‑up strategies, re‑activate dormant customers and drive referrals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2C sales management experience in a Nigerian automotive showroom or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos passenger‑car market and familiarity with brands such as Geely or Changan.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate sales teams and to manage performance under pressure.
• Excellent data‑analysis and reporting capabilities to track KPIs and replicate best practices.
• High integrity, professional conduct and ability to protect minimum pricing and gross‑profit requirements.
