B2B Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to help our clients book interviews with their dream guests and podcasts. This unique role blends marketing, sales, and client‑success functions to identify quality leads, deliver compelling offers, and create exceptional experiences that build strong brand affinity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research to find potential guests that align with podcast themes and target audiences.
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns, including email pitches and follow‑up sequences, to secure guest and podcast bookings.
• Manage scheduling across time zones, coordinate virtual or in‑person recording studios, and handle all logistical details.
• Maintain accurate booking records, track KPIs, and provide daily progress updates.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with podcast hosts and networks to secure repeat or priority bookings.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in e‑commerce, sales, marketing, lead generation, or copywriting.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written English communication skills with a commitment to respond within 24 hours.
• Ability to work between ET/PT hours and adapt to shifting business demands.
• Basic understanding of audio and video production is a plus.
