Automotive Showroom Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Showroom Manager to lead our BBA Motors showroom in Lagos. The role combines sales leadership, business development and customer experience to drive revenue and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, revenue generation and market share expansion.
• Represent BBA Motors at automotive exhibitions, events and educational presentations.
• Provide market insights, performance monitoring and reporting to senior management.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in automotive sales, showroom or sales management.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Professional presence and confidence representing an automotive brand.
