Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Executive to join Omegi Autos in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting, referrals, social media and personal networks.
• Understand customer vehicle requirements, present suitable options, and explain purchase and financing options.
• Arrange inspections, showroom appointments, test drives, and negotiate deals to convert prospects into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and deal information in the company CRM and follow up post‑inspection and financing discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing, inventory and management teams to close opportunities and meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive or high‑ticket sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills with strong follow‑up ability.
• Comfortable engaging with executives, business owners and high‑value customers.
• Good understanding of social media, digital communication and professional use of WhatsApp, email and CRM tools.
• Strong interest in automobiles and willingness to continuously learn about vehicles.
• Target‑driven, disciplined and able to thrive in a performance‑based environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
