Associate Business Manager – Administrative Operations

About the role

The Associate Business Manager supports the core administrative engine of the organization, ensuring that processes, trackers, and governance are in place for smooth, compliant business activity. The role combines ownership, analytical discipline, and continuous improvement to enable the wider business to meet its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central control point for all administrative activity, maintaining master trackers for travel, events, vendors, spend, reimbursements, and brand assets.
• Plan and deliver operational initiatives, events, and stakeholder meetings from concept through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel logistics for staff and visiting executives, including itineraries, visas, and ground transport.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; conduct cost‑benefit analysis, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
• Oversee reimbursement and expense review processes, ensuring policy compliance, correct VAT treatment, and accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain administrative data, analyze spend and travel trends, flag risks, and propose cost‑saving opportunities.
• Guard the brand by ensuring all materials meet approved identity standards and maintain a current library of approved assets.
