About the role
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the overall operation of the food and beverage department at the Sheraton Lagos Hotel. This full‑time position is responsible for maintaining guest and employee satisfaction while achieving financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily food and beverage operations, fostering a motivated, teamwork‑focused environment and using coaching skills to address employee concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest issues, owning complaints until resolved, and building lasting guest relationships.
- Comply with corporate accounting procedures, support the General Manager with annual quality audits, and perform any additional duties assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or related fields.
- Or an associate degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus at least one year of relevant experience.
