Assistant Architect & Multidisciplinary Designer – Entrepreneurial Track

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Architect / Multidisciplinary Designer to join our hybrid studio in Lagos. This position sits at the intersection of architecture, research, and venture creation, offering a unique pathway to equity in spin‑off projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deconstruct spatial design into scalable components, creating physical products, proprietary platforms, and architectural systems.
• Lead deep‑dive research, content creation and strategy, with opportunities for book co‑authorship.
• Collaborate on real‑estate development design, mapping spatial viability and experiential strategy.
• Support digital and physical product spin‑offs, bridging spatial logic with product design.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or a related spatial design discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience across architecture and at least one alternative design medium (product design, publishing, or technology).
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to translate complex research into tangible outputs such as books, products, or platforms.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a desire for long‑term equity and ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.
• Advanced graphic and editorial skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools (a plus).
