Assistant Activation Manager – Lagos

About the role

The Assistant Activation Manager will execute approved brand activations across multiple locations in Lagos, creating consumer experiences and supporting new product launches. This role ensures smooth coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experiences.
• Drive trial and retrial of new product launches through activation execution.
• Escalate activation issues and competitor activity reports to line manager in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with activation agencies and vendors from briefing to final campaign delivery.
• Brief Procurement and Finance teams on planned projects and ensure purchase orders are raised on time.
• Support management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across all line items.
• Track and report activation metrics and KPIs such as consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates, and provide post‑campaign evaluation reports.

Required profile

• First degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline (MSc/MBA or professional certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a bottling FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple activation projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
