Alliance Market Lead – ServiceNow (Africa)

About the role

KPMG is seeking an Associate Director‑level Alliance Market Lead for ServiceNow to drive revenue‑generating engagements across Africa. You will be the primary commercial liaison with ServiceNow, turning the Elite Partner status into a steady pipeline of signed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the ServiceNow alliance pipeline across 13 African markets, targeting a qualified pipeline 3–5× personal revenue target.
• Build and maintain relationships with ServiceNow’s partner sales team, solution consultants, industry executives and alliance managers.
• Identify, qualify and shape ServiceNow‑led opportunities in SecOps, IRM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery and Customer Service Management.
• Lead proposal development, commercial structuring and bid management for alliance‑originated deals.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end bid‑to‑close processes, ensuring clean handoffs to delivery teams.
• Manage KPMG’s ServiceNow Elite Partner governance, including agreement compliance and joint go‑to‑market propositions.

Required profile

• Associate Director‑level experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of developing and converting alliance pipelines into revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
