Agile Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an execution‑driven Agile Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end product delivery for our mobile‑first digital financial platform. You will work remotely with a lean, fast‑moving team building payment, FX and card solutions for everyday Nigerians.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and execute a product roadmap aligned with business OKRs.
• Own and groom a structured backlog with clear user stories, acceptance criteria and business value.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Translate CBN regulatory requirements into user‑centric KYC and compliance flows.
• Coordinate engineering, design, compliance and growth teams, removing blockers and keeping momentum.
• Define KPIs, instrument tracking and deliver monthly analytics insights to leadership.
• Lead UAT, ensure definition of done and ship releases with confidence.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on product management experience with shipped products and owned roadmaps.
• Proven track record running Scrum ceremonies and managing live backlogs.
• Fintech or payments domain knowledge, including payment rails, FX, card issuance and CBN regulations.
• Early‑stage startup mindset – comfortable building processes from scratch.
• Data‑driven decision making with strong analytical rigor.
• Excellent stakeholder communication translating technical decisions for non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable using product tools such as Jira, Postman, Swagger, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Miro and Notion.
