After Sales Engineer – Renewable Energy

About the role

Beebeejump, a renewable‑energy provider, is looking for an After Sales Engineer to ensure the reliability of its solar products. You will work on‑site, repairing, testing and maintaining equipment for households and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, test and maintain solar products to guarantee full functionality.
• Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and diagnose faults.
• Use soldering irons and other tools to replace motherboard components.
• Communicate with customers and technical teams to resolve after‑sales issues.
• Maintain detailed service logs and coordinate system checks and upgrades with engineering.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year practical experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a solar company.
• Willingness to perform on‑site/field work.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and customer‑relationship skills.
