Admin Account Officer

About the role

The Admin Account Officer will support the finance and administration functions of Kenex Konsults International, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and smooth office operations. This entry‑level position combines accounting tasks with general administrative duties in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting documents.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records and periodic financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements.
• Assist with payroll processing, expense management and budget tracking.
• File financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Provide general administrative support, including office documentation, correspondence and scheduling.
• Monitor office supplies, support procurement and maintain employee records.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Accounting or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in accounting, administration or a similar role.
• Strong numerical, organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage or Tally.
