Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage financial records and support the fast‑growing logistics operations at Fleximotion Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise accounting records, ledger entries, and transaction logs using cloud accounting software.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, payment gateways, POS transactions, cash collections, and logistics operator accounts.
• Monitor and track operational expenses such as fleet maintenance, fuel, rider allowances, and vendor payouts.
• Compute, prepare, and file statutory remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, pension, local levies) on time.
• Oversee client invoicing, manage accounts receivable/payable, and ensure healthy cash flow.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with strong bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.

• Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with accounting software (cloud‑based preferred)
