Accountant – Full‑time, On‑site in Abuja

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Accountant to join DELAW Tech Ltd in Abuja, working closely with the JusticeSure platform. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s budgeting and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Prepare and review financial statements and periodic financial reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor expenses and revenues.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support audits.
• Improve internal controls and leverage the JusticeSure platform for enhanced visibility.
• Monitor and control inventory levels.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting standards.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and maintaining ledgers.
• Proven inventory management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• High attention to detail, integrity and commitment to compliance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑growing environment.
