Accountant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Accountant to support our finance team at Manroy Lifestock Farm Limited. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting and cash‑flow management, and supporting invoicing and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and management reports.
• Monitor and update cash flow records and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and process invoices and support accounts receivable activities.
• Track and follow up on outstanding customer payments and collections.
• Support the preparation of financial projections and basic financial analysis.
• Maintain and update financial data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies where necessary.
• Assist with other accounting and finance‑related activities as assigned.

Required profile

• HND in accounting or a related discipline.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to learn and develop professionally.
