About the role
Accuinfra Technology Ltd, an IT infrastructure development company, is seeking an Account Officer to manage its financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, and tax compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process invoices
- Cross‑check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Send bills and invoices to clients
- Track organization expenses
- Process refunds
- Work with collection agencies on overdue payments
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments
- Monitor daily stock movement of products
- Ensure compliance with tax matters and liaise with tax authorities
- Prepare and update monthly payroll using spreadsheets
- Prepare and remit monthly PAYE and VAT to tax authorities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations including account reconciliation, cash/treasury management, and financial reporting

- Tally ERP
- Spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel)
