Account Manager – Financial Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow assigned client accounts for a fast‑growing cross‑border payments fintech. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving repeat transactions and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with FxBridge customers, ensuring continued use of cross‑border payment services.
• Proactively follow up with clients to identify upcoming payment needs and increase transaction volume.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact, resolve issues quickly and ensure a strong client experience.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities based on transaction patterns and business requirements.
• Coordinate with treasury, compliance and operations teams to price, process and communicate transactions.
• Manage client handovers from sales, document account details and ensure clear ownership after the first transaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage business owners, finance and procurement teams.
• Commercially minded, able to identify revenue opportunities and grow accounts.
• Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple conversations and meeting targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets.
• Experience with internal tracking systems.
