About the role
Maliyo Games, a Nigerian studio focused on African‑inspired mobile games, is looking for a talented 2D Artist. You will help shape the visual identity of characters, environments and props that reflect the vibrant culture of Africa for a growing mobile gaming audience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce high‑quality 2D visual assets for mobile game environments, characters and props.
- Collaborate closely with game developers and UI designers in a production setting.
- Ensure assets meet technical requirements for mobile platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas that infuse African cultural elements into the game world.
Required profile
- Passionate about creating African‑themed art.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Strong interest in mobile gaming trends.
Required skills
- 2D character illustration.
