About the role

TroVest Capital Partners is looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to serve high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional clients in Nigeria. The role involves delivering tailored financial solutions, growing client portfolios, and maintaining long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth and affluent clients.
• Provide advisory services on a range of investment products, including fixed income and structured investments.
• Design personalized wealth‑management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Drive asset growth and generate revenue through portfolio expansion.
• Monitor financial markets and deliver timely investment insights.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product structuring and delivery.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wealth management or investment advisory.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or certifications are a plus).
