Warehouse & Logistics Associate I

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Associate I to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate inventory, handling materials, and preparing shipments. The role works under close supervision in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and FDA requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tasks to maintain accurate inventory levels for materials, tooling, and supplies.
• Handle and manage stock, including chemical storage, following established procedures.
• Prepare outbound shipments and complete documentation accurately.
• Receive incoming materials, verify shipment accuracy, and route them appropriately.
• Maintain computerized inventory records and assist with audits and cycle counts.
• Support operations planning by tracking inventory and material identifiers.
• Package finished goods and assemblies for shipment.
• Coordinate preparation of components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
• Return excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory promptly.
• Perform minor assembly tasks, machine setups, and inspections as needed.
• Solve routine problems using established procedures and escalate when required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years experience in a manufacturing environment; regulated industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification (if operating a forklift) and a valid driver’s license if required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lb and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.
