Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our restaurant team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, provide menus and explain daily specials.
• Suggest food and beverage pairings and answer menu‑related questions, including dietary restrictions.
• Take orders accurately using a Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system and communicate special requests to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Check in with guests during the meal to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clear tables, bus dishes, and reset settings with clean linens, silverware and glassware.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow health‑code regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward guest needs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
