UI/UX Designer – Mid Level

About the role

Losode Nigeria Limited is seeking a mid‑level UI/UX Designer to shape the experience of its web and mobile products. You will work closely with product, technology and marketing teams to turn user insights into intuitive, visually appealing designs that align with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing and behavioural analysis; create personas, journey maps and user flows.
• Design wireframes, mock‑ups and high‑fidelity interfaces in Figma for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts before development.
• Build, maintain and evolve Losode’s Figma Design System and component library, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with developers using Figma Dev Mode and provide detailed design specifications.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyse results and recommend improvements to boost conversion, engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of UI/UX design experience at a mid‑level capacity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to translate user research and business requirements into user‑centred design solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
