Tele‑Sales & Marketing Executive – Retail Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, target‑driven Tele‑Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote retail insurance products and convert prospects into policyholders in Opebi, Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls, WhatsApp, email and other digital outreach to generate and convert leads into paying customers.
• Support retail sales and marketing initiatives, identify customer segments, and participate in promotional campaigns.
• Assess customers' financial protection needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Follow up on premium payments, policy renewals and assist with basic policy servicing and claims support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Mass Communication or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tele‑sales, insurance or retail sales, preferably with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Good understanding of retail insurance products and customer acquisition processes.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools (desirable).
