Telemarketer – Outbound Sales for Solar Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketer to join DonJed Energy’s Lagos team. In this full‑time hybrid position you will contact prospective and existing customers to promote our solar energy solutions, qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales crew.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce DonJed Energy’s solar products and services.
• Explain product benefits, answer questions and identify customer needs.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
• Follow up on warm leads and strive to meet daily call and conversion targets.
• Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with the capacity to handle inquiries and build trust.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working both on‑site in Lagos and remotely.
• Interest in renewable energy or solar solutions is a plus.
• Previous telemarketing, sales or customer‑support experience preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Ability to work with call lists and basic office software for tracking and reporting.
