Technical Project Manager – SAP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex SAP‑related enterprise technology projects from initiation through post‑go‑live support. The role combines deep SAP knowledge with strong project‑management expertise to deliver solutions on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks and success criteria.
• Coordinate SAP, SAP Ariba and S/4HANA implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, data migration and go‑live support.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, manage changes and report status to senior management.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures and ensure resources are optimally allocated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
• 7–10 years of professional experience with at least 4–5 years delivering SAP or ERP transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or similar large‑scale implementations.
• Strong background in systems integration, data migration and post‑implementation support.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in complex corporate environments (e.g., oil & gas, energy, finance).
