Technical GRC / Platform Specialist

About the role

Resiliv is seeking a Technical GRC / Platform Specialist to lead the technical setup, integration, and administration of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms for client implementations. The role ensures that GRC systems are securely deployed, properly configured, and operationally stable across development, testing, and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy GRC platforms such as LogicGate, including environment setup and user access controls.
• Integrate GRC solutions with enterprise systems (HR, ERP, IAM, CRM) through API configuration and data exchange.
• Support single sign‑on (SSO) and identity management provisioning.
• Execute data migration from legacy sources, validate data integrity, and ensure accurate loading of compliance, risk, and audit data.
• Perform technical testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and assist with deployment across DEV/UAT/PROD environments.
• Implement security configurations, enforce access policies, and monitor platform stability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and system setups, and support knowledge transfer to implementation teams.

Required profile

• Experience working with GRC platforms or similar enterprise risk and compliance tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, and Infrastructure teams.
• Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and system security.
